Control for compatible hearing aids
Easy Line Remote is a companion app for selected Sonova hearing aids. It lets you adjust listening settings from a compatible Android phone instead of using the hearing aid controls alone. Volume changes, listening programs, noise reduction, microphone directionality and other supported features can be adjusted for different situations, such as conversations or noisier surroundings.
Sound and device settings
The app includes equalizer controls for changing the character of the sound. Presets cover options such as comfort, clarity and softer sound, while separate bass, middle and treble sliders allow more targeted changes. It can also show the battery level and connection status of supported hearing aids and accessories, configure Touch Control, and provide cleaning reminders.
Remote care and health information
For appointments with a hearing care professional, Remote Support can provide a live video session and allow hearing aids to be adjusted remotely. The Health section can track steps, wearing time and activity levels, with optional goals. These health features are available on KS 10.0 and Brio 5 models, so the exact tools depend on the hearing aids in use.
